A repair you won’t notice

The proposed finish promise applies once the repair has been painted: if the patch is visible from about 1.5 metres away under normal lighting, we return to put it right. The base repair is sanded smooth, unpainted and unprimed. Painting is a separate service; paint touch-ups need matching paint supplied by the customer.

An agreed scope and price

The proposed promise is that the price for an agreed repair scope stays fixed, with extra work agreed first. Final contracting terms are still under review. No extra work is silently added to an accepted scope.

10-Year Workmanship Guarantee

Our plaster repair workmanship is guaranteed for 10 years. Detailed written terms are being finalised before public launch.

Your home, protected

Boot covers and drop sheets help protect your home during the repair. The proposed spotless-home remedy is that if we leave a mess from the repair, we return and clean it up free.

Dust control

HEPA vacuum-connected sanding is intended to capture dust as we work. This is not a claim of absolute zero dust or a verified capture percentage. Equipment and performance claims need verification before launch.

Most repairs in one visit

Most standard patches are intended to be finished in one visit. Scope, access, drying conditions and material requirements can affect this. No same-day percentage or completion guarantee is asserted in this draft.

Safety and eligibility

The leak must be fixed and the lining dry before water-damage repair. Suspect linings, possible asbestos, loose or sagging ceilings, structural damage, exposed wiring and uncertain access require assessment. Photos cannot establish material safety, dry framing or hidden conditions. Do not climb or disturb damaged material to take a photo.
